The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund will be provided if the participant is unable to attend due to personal, medical, or scheduling reasons.
In case of disqualification due to violation of rules, false information, or indiscipline, no refund will be issued at any stage of the competition.
In case of force majeure (natural calamities/govt regulations), registration fees will be carried forward to the rescheduled dates. No refund is applicable in such cases.
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable. Payments must be made ONLY via official channels. Unauthorized third-party transactions are not our responsibility.
"All decisions regarding refunds and participation are subject to the final authority of Starwake Production and shall be binding on all parties."
